- Join/leave times recorded automatically
- Participant names matched with registrations
- Real-time updates in the hybrid dashboard
- Peak attendance calculated automatically
In-Person Attendance (Manual Check-in)
Track in-person attendance using these methods:
QR Code Check-in
- Navigate to Event → Check-in
- Attendees scan QR code on their tickets
- Automatic check-in recorded
Manual Check-in
- Go to Event → Attendees
- Search for attendee by name/email
- Click "Check In" button
Bulk Check-in
- Upload attendance list (CSV)
- System matches and marks attendees
- Updates hybrid dashboard
