Get your event live in 30 minutes! Follow these 6 simple steps to create, populate, and publish your first event.

The 30-Minute Event Launch

Step 1: Create Event

  • Log in → Dashboard → Create Event
  • Describe your event to AI: 'Create a 2-day marketing workshop for 100 attendees'
  • Review AI suggestions and refine
  • Event saved as draft ✓

Step 2: Upload Speakers

  • In chat, type: 'Upload speakers'
  • Click 📎 and upload your Excel/CSV
  • Review auto-mappings → looks good? ✓
  • Validate data → fix any errors
  • Click Import → Done! ✓

Step 3: Upload Sessions

  • Type: 'Upload sessions'
  • Upload file with schedule
  • Map columns (auto-detected)
  • Validate → check times don't overlap
  • Import → Schedule complete! ✓

Step 4: Upload Exhibitors

  • Type: 'Upload exhibitors'
  • Upload file with exhibitor data
  • Review mappings → verify booth numbers
  • Import → Exhibitors added! ✓

Step 5: Upload Sponsors

  • Type: 'Upload sponsors'
  • Upload file with sponsor data
  • Check tiers (platinum, gold, silver...)
  • Import → Sponsors loaded! ✓

Step 6: Preview & Publish

  • Go to: Dashboard → Events → Your Event → Publish
  • Check requirements (title, description, date, location, capacity)
  • Click 'Open Preview' → review event pages
  • Click 'Publish Event' → Go live! 🎉
